Effective October 25, 2026
Scope of this policy
This policy describes the Built By Pressure website at builtbypressurepodcast.com and its published pages. The site provides written guidance and locally hosted video files. It currently has no visitor accounts, checkout, or newsletter signup. Its Contact page provides an optional message form. You can read the pages and play the available media without providing a name or email address.
Information sent when you visit
Loading a website sends technical information to the services that deliver it. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, the requested address, referring page information when supplied by your browser, and the time of a request. The hosting and delivery providers may process this information for delivery, security, reliability, and operational logging.
The optional Contact form collects the name, subject/topic, and message you enter. It does not request or collect an email address. Please do not include sensitive personal details in your message. It does not include a custom visitor profiling system or a separate analytics tag. This does not mean that hosting providers or the Google service described below receive no information when your browser contacts them.
Google AdSense and advertising technology
Each content page includes the Google AdSense account identification and advertising script. When the script loads, your browser connects to Google. Depending on Google’s operation, your region, consent requirements, and the publisher’s account settings, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites on the Internet. The presence of the script does not guarantee that an advertisement will be displayed.
You can learn about Google’s practices at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage personalized advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Information about choices for participating third-party vendors is available at AboutAds choices.
Your browser choices
You can use browser settings to review, restrict, or delete cookies and other stored site data. Restricting these technologies may affect services on this and other websites. Google’s advertising controls and your browser’s settings serve different purposes; review both if you want to understand the choices available to you.
Videos and links
The studio and featured message videos are served as media files through the site’s hosting rather than embedded YouTube or Facebook players. Playing them requests those files from the hosting service. External links, including links to Google’s privacy resources, take you to services with their own policies and controls.
Retention, requests, and changes
Contact submissions are stored in the site’s database with a generated reference and submission time. The site owner can review them to consider inquiries, corrections, and privacy requests. Messages are not published on the website or sent to an email address by this form. They are retained while needed to review and handle the request; no membership or payment records are created by this site. Retention of technical logs and information handled by hosting or advertising services is governed by their practices and applicable obligations. We do not state a fixed retention period for records controlled by those providers.
You can submit a privacy question or request through the Contact form. Include enough context to identify the issue, without adding sensitive details. Because the form does not collect contact information, it cannot provide a personal reply. Do not enter sensitive information into a third-party service merely to reach this site. If the site adds accounts, payment features, or other data collection, we will update this policy to explain the new handling before those features are used.
